Who I am
The Story Behind the Music and the Medicine
I was born in Scotland, grew up in Sydney, and followed the call of rhythm to the United States to study drums and percussion. Music has always been my compass - a way to explore both the outer world and the inner landscape of spirit.
After moving to Alaska, I experienced a deep personal loss that led me to discover the harp - an instrument that became a vessel for healing and transformation. Through its resonance, I felt sound not just as music, but as medicine. That experience changed everything.
I went on to study Healing Harp and worked in hospice care, using sound to bring comfort and peace to those in transition. Later, my path expanded into the study of sound healing where I witnessed how vibration can open hearts, release pain, and awaken the soul.
Now, I weave together harp, voice, and rhythm into sound journeys that bridge earth and spirit - guiding others toward harmony, remembrance, and the deep stillness within. Living in Alaska, surrounded by the pulse of nature, I continue to explore sound as a sacred language of healing and connection.
